Who We Are
Arising Tech Consultancy Ltd is a Nairobi-headquartered MEAL and data systems firm established in 2022. We design and deliver Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) systems, research, and program management support for governments, donors, international NGOs, and the private sector with deep field experience across East Africa and the Horn of Africa, including complex refugee and humanitarian contexts in Kenya and Somalia. Our work spans LogFrame and Theory of Change design, data quality assessments (DQA/RDQA), GIS and geospatial analysis, digital data systems (KoBo/ONA), and quantitative and qualitative research aligned with UNHCR, EU, USAID, UNICEF, and WFP standards. We deliver both in-country and remotely, combining field-based data collection with systems design and analysis capability that supports partners globally.
